Business Owner and Consultant

Ganga specialises in Organisational Performance Management and Improvement, including Organisational assessments, Sector analysis and strategy, management of change programs, performance coaching and team dynamics.

Ganga has over 20 years experience in Performance Management in not-for-profit organisations, private and public organisations, government departments and research organisations. She has particular experience and interest in the challenges of global organisations and teams.

John Viljoen
Associate Consultant

John specialises in strategy consulting services and the development of software solutions that support strategy development and implementation.

As a consultant, he focuses on strategic analysis, including the application of sustainability principles to business models. John holds a PhD in strategic management and is the author of the best selling Australian strategy text Strategic Management: Planning and Implementing Successful Corporate Strategies.

He was previously Professor of Management at Deakin University in Melbourne and Director of Deakin's suite of MBA Programs.

Gary specialises in assisting employers in the negotiation of collective agreements, human resource matters, workplace bullying, recruitment and OHS&W Audits. Gary is the author of Bullies Not Wanted: Recognising and Eliminating Bullying in the Workplace.

Gary has over 35 years experience in Industrial Relations and was the first Employee Ombudsman to be appointed in Australia, holding the position from 1994 to 2006.

Anama Morriss

Anama is an organisational psychologist, specialising in workforce planning, leadership, communication skills development and team building. She has significant experience in HR strategy, policy development, and project management.

As a Human Resources practitioner she has a particular focus on government, higher education and research organisations.
