Programs can be tailored to your needs. Traditional programs include Working with the Paradoxes, Understanding the Main Graph, and The Incredible Power of the Life Themes.
Our 1-day HA Master Class programs, each one focusing on a particular aspect of the reports and traits, are part of our Harrison Assessments suite of programs. They can be offered anywhere in Australia, and arrangements can be made to run it elsewhere. Periodically offered as a public course, it can also be run in-house. Contact us for further details.

The Harrison Assessment Master Classes deepen your knowledge of the traits and their use in development work and recruitment/talent acquisition.
Who Should Attend
This training is suitable for coaches, consultants, counsellors, and HR, Training and Organisational Development professionals. The prerequisite for this class is training in Harrison Assessments Talent Solutions System (such as our accredited or short course training), and use of HA profiles in your work or practice for at least 3 months.
Program Outline
In one day programs are highly interactive and will focus on one aspect of the traits, for example, trait combinations, the Paradox Graph, the Main Graph or The Life Themes.
- How the traits interact, and how to interpret combinations of traits, depending on the purpose
- Explorations of the Paradoxes or Main Graph, or another aspect of the 175 traits, through activities and Case Studies
- Interactive practice in interpreting sets of traits.

- Workshop notes and access to resources
- Ongoing support in using Harrison Assessments in your organisation or practice by your distributor.
- You will bring your own profile to the program, and may bring profiles of staff or clients to work with during the day.
Format
The workshop components of our programs are generally held in our offices, from 9am until 5pm. Special arrangements can be made for in-house programs to cater for your organisational schedules.
Morning and afternoon refreshments are provided for public programs, and there are many cafes in the street that offer wide choices for coffees and lunches.
The coaching components of our programs are also held in our offices and are generally of 1.5 or 2 hours per session. Sessions can be fortnightly or monthly.
